Carpenter Oak is a team of master craftsmen that build bespoke timber-framed houses, extensions and just about anything else you can imagine that can be built with wood.
In 2017 the business saw an opportunity to rebrand and further establish themselves as the go-to luxury oak framed building company. We were brought in as development consultants by Somerset based branding experts Zavial, to re-position the website and enhance its appeal to customers that sought to invest in larger scale projects. The company, their ethos, and the products they build captured our imagination. We soon identified a number of issues with the old websites, and set out a detailed action plan to solve them. The new website would be built around a mobile-first strategy, with site speed at the core of every design and development decision.
Due to the amount of content stored within their multiple Wordpress sites we concluded that this platform would be best for the new build also. We created a simple to manage drag and drop page builder, enabling unlimited flexibility without the need for any technical knowledge.
