JamGolf’s aim was to transition from a hotel pro-shop to become one of Europe's leading online golf retailers. With limited geographical reach they were well aware that selling online would be the best way to accelerate growth.
We knew how beneficial good inventory management and omni-channel retail could be, but also knew how challenging it can be to get it right. However, our powerful in-house developed inventory management software was a perfect fit, to enable everything from effectively processing purchase orders right the way through to ensuring next day delivery.
We provided a centralised, cloud based inventory management system, so that no additional stock investment was required to reliably sell online. If it's in stock in the shop, it's in stock on the website. Products are managed in real-time via an operating system designed to scale. We also set up highly performant PPC campaigns to utilise the cost and stock availability data the inventory system is able to provide, which allowed JamGolf to carve out a market share whilst maintaining profitability throughout.
We continue to work with JamGolf. As their revenue has grown, so has our involvement in their day-to-day operations. We consistently provide carefully planned content marketing, ongoing conversion rate optimisation, and continually review and improve the customer experience, and strengthen operational efficiencies by introducing further automation.
